Pricing

Google Ads Management Pricing for Chiropractors

Every practice has a different market, budget, and number of locations, so we quote after a short strategy call rather than force you into a package. Here's exactly how pricing works and what affects it.

How it works

Two Separate Costs, Always Kept Apart

Running Google Ads involves two costs. Keeping them separate means you always know exactly what went to Google and what went to us.

Paid to Google

Ad spend

The budget your ads spend on clicks. Google bills it directly to the payment method on your own Google Ads account. You decide the budget, and we recommend a starting level based on search volume and competition in your area.

Paid to SpineAds

Management fee

Covers strategy, campaign build, ongoing optimization, tracking oversight, and monthly reporting. It's quoted as a monthly fee after the strategy call and billed month-to-month, with no long-term contract.

What affects the fee

What Determines Your Management Fee

Number of locations

Each office usually needs its own targeting, budget, and reporting.

Services you promote

More service lines mean more campaigns, ad groups, and ads to manage.

Ad spend level

Larger budgets generally involve more search terms, testing, and optimization work.

Landing page needs

Whether your current site works for paid traffic or new pages are needed.

Tracking complexity

Call tracking, online booking integrations, and multiple conversion types add setup work.

Reporting needs

Standard monthly reporting, or more detailed reporting by location or provider.

Included

What Management Includes

Management covers the full system needed to run Google Ads well, not just the ads themselves.

  • Account review and campaign strategy
  • Keyword research and campaign structure
  • Ad copy within Google's healthcare policies
  • Negative keyword and search term management
  • Bid and budget management
  • Conversion tracking setup and monitoring
  • Landing page recommendations

Supporting Services, Quoted Separately

Add these only if your practice needs them. We'll tell you if we don't think you do.

Dedicated pages for your campaigns when your site holds conversions back.

Call tracking

Tracking numbers and call reporting. Call tracking software carries its own subscription cost, which we explain up front.

Ongoing work to improve organic and map visibility in your area.

Profile cleanup and optimization so your listing is accurate and complete.

Website design

A new or rebuilt practice website, quoted as a separate project.

Questions We'll Discuss Before Quoting

Having rough answers ready helps us give you an accurate recommendation faster. It's fine if you don't know all of them yet.

  • How many locations do you want to advertise?
  • Which services do you most want to grow?
  • Are you running Google Ads now, and what has it produced?
  • How many new patients can you take on each week?
  • Who answers calls and follows up on web inquiries?
  • Do you use online booking, and which system?
  • What monthly budget range are you considering?

Pricing FAQ

Pricing Questions

Why don't you publish fixed packages?

A solo practice in a small town and a three-location group in a major metro need very different amounts of work. We'd rather quote once we understand your market than sell a package that doesn't fit.

Is ad spend included in the management fee?

No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google from your own account. Our management fee is separate.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No. We work month-to-month.

Can I start with an audit before committing?

Yes. Our Google Ads audit is free and comes with no obligation.
